Birds – Part 2

Yesterday it was pigeons. Today it’s geese. Canada geese. A protected species.

I have seen it myself. A group of Canada Geese decide to visit your local area. They waddle around every day, eating, eating, and eating, followed by pooping, pooping, and pooping. What happens if their favourite spot happens to be a soccer field or a beach area?

Some citizens in a community in Michigan are sick of this. Protected species, my foot, they say. Those birds need to be culled, and they’d look mighty good on the tables of a food bank or mission.

What’s my take on all this? My roaster is ready. One of ’em would look mighty fine on Grandpa Richard’s table!
