Ship Welfare Recipients to where the jobs are

Should we force employable welfare recipients to go to where their are jobs?

That is the question the B.C. government is asking itself.

There are lots of jobs available in the north, where oil and gas are king. Well paying jobs. Let’s take some of the people on assistance, move them up north, train them, and they will become tax paying citizens.

Critics, of course, do not agree.
