Helping during Disasters

What is happening in Myanmar is pathetic. The military junta, afraid of losing face in front of its population, is refusing to allow disaster relief experts into the parts of the country that were badly hit by the recent cyclone. Since they do not have experts of their own, they are basically dooming hundreds of thousands of citizens to a horrible death, by starvation or disease. It is estimated that at least 1.5 million people are homeless, and without healthy water supplies.
