More On Food Package Sizes

Interesting bit of news from Tim Hortons. They are experimenting with new sizing of their coffee cups. Not that they are changing their sizes. They are considering getting rid of the small (210 ml) and adding a new extra extra large (710 ml). They are trying it out in Kingston and Sudbury.

That 710 ml has 340 mg of caffeine. Keep in mind that Health Canada recommends a healthy adult not consume more than 400 mg of caffeine daily, or 300 mg in the case of pregnant women.
